Dr. Marko Smole, podpredsednik SKZ se je kot DIREKTOR FICAC-a (Svetovne konzularne federacije) udeležil slavnostnega podpisa Memoranduma med FICAC in univerzo NISANTASI v Istanbulu.

Medaljo sta prejela gospod Andrej Rupnik in gospod Anton Travner.
